Connect on LinkedInI’m Mark — a builder at heart. For years I’ve loved making software that brings technology and people closer together. Then real estate wholesaling pulled me in, and I haven’t looked back since.
Here’s the honest part: I’m not a 20-year veteran with a thousand deals behind me. I’m learning wholesaling the same way a lot of you are — hands-on, in the real world, figuring it out one step at a time. To really understand how it works, I built DispoStack, a tool for the disposition side of the business. Building it from the ground up taught me how the pieces actually fit together.
That’s why Wholesale REI exists. When I went looking for the right tools — skip tracing, CRMs, lead gen, dialers — I found a sea of hype and affiliate links written by people who had clearly never logged in. I wanted something better: real sign-ups, real tests, real pricing, and the honest truth about what works and what doesn’t.
So that’s what I do here. I test the tools myself, pull real data, and share exactly what I find. No guru act. No fake screenshots. Just a builder on the same road as you, trying to make the path a little clearer.

Real data, always cited
Market figures come from real sources (like FRED) and are cited. If I can’t back a number up, it doesn’t go in.
Honest, beginner-friendly
I’m learning too, so I write the guide I wish I’d had — plain English, real pricing, and the limits, not just the hype.
