We're a free, independent directory and review site that helps real estate wholesalers and investors discover, compare, and evaluate software tools — skip tracing, CRMs, dialers, lead generation, direct mail, and more. Think of it as a research hub for building your tech stack.

Yes. Browsing, searching, comparing tools, and reading reviews are completely free and require no account. Some links to tools are affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure for how that works.

Start from Browseto filter and search by category, sort by rating or popularity, open a tool's detail page for the full write-up, or put two tools side by side on the Compare page. The Categories page groups tools by what they do.

No account is needed to browse. You only need to sign in to write a review or submit a tool for listing.

Go to Sign Inand register with your email and a password, or continue with your Google account. If you sign up with email, you'll need to confirm your address from the email we send before you can sign in.

Check your spam or promotions folder first — the message arrives shortly after you sign up. If it still doesn't turn up, contact us at hello@wholesalerealestateinvesting.com and we'll help.

If you're signed out, use Sign In→ "Forgot password" for a secure reset link. If you're signed in, you can change it anytime from Settings → Security (enter your current password, then a new one). Changing your password also signs you out on any other devices.

Go to Settings → Profileto update your display name and optional details like your company, primary market, and phone. These are for your account only and aren't shown publicly. Your email is shown there but can't be changed from this page — contact us if you need to update it.

You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Danger zone. This permanently removes your account and all of your data — saved tools, your stack, followed categories, saved comparisons, and your reviews — and can't be undone. Prefer we handle it? Signing in unlocks a personal dashboard where you can save tools for later, build your own tech stack, follow categories to get notified about new tools, save tool comparisons, write reviews, and invite other wholesalers. Browsing stays free with no account required — an account just keeps your research in one place.

On any tool card in Browseor on a tool's detail page, use the bookmark icon to Save it for later, or the layers icon to Add to my stack— the set of tools you actually use. Tap the same icon again to remove it. Find everything you've saved under Saved Tools and My Stack in your dashboard.

Your Stack Score reflects how many tool categories your stack covers — a quick way to spot gaps (say, you have a CRM and a dialer but no skip tracing). Your dashboard suggests the categories you haven't covered yet so you can round out your toolkit.

Follow a category and we'll keep an eye on it for you. When new tools are added to a category you follow, they show up under the bell icon in your dashboard and on your Notifications page. Follow categories from the Categories page or while browsing.

Use the search bar at the top of any page. As you type, you'll see live matches for tools and categories — pick one to jump straight to it, or press Enter to see all results on the Browse page. You can navigate the suggestions with your arrow keys.

Your dashboard shows the latest wholesale real estate headlines, pulled automatically from around the web and refreshed throughout the day. Click any headline to read the full story at the source. It's just for staying current — there's nothing to set up.

Yes. Our Blog publishes wholesaling guides and local market updates, every figure backed by a cited source and every post researched and reviewed by our editorial team. See our Editorial Policy for how we research, fact-check, and review what we publish.

From your dashboard, use Inviteto either copy a shareable link or send an invitation by email. It's a simple way to share the directory with your team or investing network.

Open the tool's detail page, sign in, and use the review form. Reviews should reflect your own genuine, firsthand experience with the tool. New to it? The Reviews page has a short, step-by-step guide to leaving your first review.

Every review goes through moderation before it's published. Once approved, it appears on the tool's page and counts toward the tool's rating.

Fake, incentivized, or conflicted reviews are prohibited — for example, reviewing a tool you own or work for, or being paid to leave a review. Full rules are in our Terms of Service. We remove reviews that violate these standards.

A tool's rating is built from its approved, first-party reviews on this site. A tool with no first-party reviews yet may display an attributed third-party rating (clearly labeled with its source) or a "New" tag until members start reviewing it.

Use the Submit a Tool page. Submissions start as pending and are reviewed by our team before going live.

We review it for fit and accuracy. Once approved, it's published to the directory and becomes searchable and comparable like any other listing.

Yes — you're welcome to submit a tool you build or represent. You may not, however, post reviews of your own tool; see the review rules in our Terms of Service.

On the Compare page, pick two tools to see their features, pricing, and ratings side by side so you can decide which fits your business.
