It's less ideal if you already have PropStream or a comparable data platform and only need pure skip tracing — standalone skip tracing services will often be cheaper at high volume. It's also not a full CRM replacement; pipeline management is available but lighter than dedicated wholesaling CRMs.

The acquisition by PropStream introduces some long-term uncertainty about the product roadmap, but day-to-day operations are unaffected so far. Pricing jumped meaningfully in recent plan restructuring — the entry Growth plan is now $119/month billed monthly — so evaluate volume carefully before committing. Annual billing brings that down 40%, which is significant if you plan to stay long-term.

For a wholesaler running consistent outreach, BatchLeads earns its place. Just know SMS campaigns still require a third-party provider (Twilio, Plivo, or SignalWire) and separate 10DLC registration costs.
